How It Works

BEDTIME ONLY

Capsules:

Usage: (21 Days + As long as needed)

• 3-5 capsules 30 mins before bedtime

Capsules can be opened and mixed with juice, food, baby food puree, apple sauce, smoothies & juices… Preferably at mealtime with a glass of water.

Tea bags:

Usage: (21 Days + As long as needed)

• 1 tea bag 30 mins before bedtime (repeat the procedure once if needed)

Place tea bag into your cup and add about six ounces of hot water. Then allow the bag to steep into water for 3-5 minutes. Can be mixed with agave, stevia or vegetal sugars and/or flavored with mint or lemon.

Powder:

Usage: (21 Days + As long as needed)

• 1 to 2 teaspoons 30 mins before bedtime

To include and mix in your food, soups, juices, and shakes, teas and water.
