Face: Morning and/or evening on cleansed skin. Apply a few drops and gently massage from the center of the face towards the contours.
Body: Apply and gently massage all desired areas until fully absorbed.
Hair: 1 to 2 times a week, before shampooing, apply to lengths and ends and on the areas to be treated. Cover hair with a shower cap or towel, and leave on 15/20 min. or overnight. Rinse with clear and lukewarm water.
