How It Works

Capsules:

Preventive: (21 Days, repeat every trimester)

• 2 capsules daily

Capsules can be opened and mixed with juice, food, baby food puree, apple sauce, smoothies & juices… Preferably at mealtime with a glass of water.

Tea bags:

Preventive: (21 Days, repeat every trimester)

• 1 tea bag daily

Place tea bag into your cup and add about six ounces of hot water. Then allow the bag to steep into water for 3-5 minutes. Can be mixed with agave, stevia or vegetal sugars and/or flavored with mint or lemon.

Tea leaves:

Preventive: (21 Days, repeat every trimester)

• 1 cup daily

Add one teaspoon of loose leaf tea to your tea infuser and place it into your cup. Then steep the tea into six ounces of hot water for 3-5 minutes. Can be mixed with agave, stevia or vegetal sugars and/or flavored with mint or lemon.
